Moving to Australia?

1. Promoter

The promoter is Aussie Orientation Services Pty Ltd, trading as AussieOS Global Mobility Services, ABN 35 156 498 494 (AussieOS). Postal address: PO Box 1566, Melville South WA 6156, Australia. Contact: info@aussieos.com.au. Website: www.aussieos.com.au.

2. Competition period

Entries open at 9.00 am on 23 September 2026 and close at 11.59 pm on 30 January 2027. The draw is at 9.00 am on 31 January 2027. All times are Perth time, AWST (UTC+8). Entries outside this period are excluded. The competition runs for less than 12 months and the draw occurs within one month of closing.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over relocating within or to Australia, and employers relocating one employee household through an authorised representative aged 18 or over. Entries are welcome from any country, regardless of nationality or country of departure. The household must be planning to arrive at its new Australian destination between 1 February 2027 and 31 July 2028 inclusive. AussieOS staff, their immediate families and competition administrators are excluded.

4. Relocation circumstances

Entrants decide whether their circumstances allow them to use the prize within its validity period. People with visa or travel arrangements in progress may enter. AussieOS does not assess visa eligibility. Entrants remain responsible for their own travel, visa and relocation arrangements. Personal delays or changes do not automatically extend validity or create a right to transfer, refund or cash payment.

5. Entry process

Submit the official form on this page during the competition period. Entry is free with no purchase, booking, registration fee, paid admission or Expo attendance required. Ordinary internet access charges may apply. One entry per individual or employer; extra employer representatives do not gain extra entries. Provide accurate details. Fraudulent, automated or duplicate entries may be excluded. Following, sharing, tagging and marketing consent are not required and do not improve the chance of winning. All valid entries enter the same draw.

6. Prize

One winner receives a personalised package of relocation consulting and support for one household, valued at AUD $4,700 plus GST, totalling AUD $5,170 including GST. No payment is required for included services. Support may include rental research, shortlisting, inspection coordination, application assistance, agent liaison, area guidance, school/daycare enquiries and relocation planning. The mix is tailored within a time allocation, not unlimited support until a property or placement is secured.

7. Delivery and hours

Services are delivered remotely, in person or in combination at AussieOS's discretion; in-person service is not guaranteed. Consultation, research, administration, liaison and consultant travel count towards the hours. AussieOS explains the scope before work begins and records hours, available on request. Additional paid services need a separate quote and agreement. No additional purchase is required to use the prize.

8. Employer winners

An employer winner may nominate one eligible employee household. The package cannot be split across households. This permitted use does not constitute a transfer.

9. Excluded expenses

The prize does not pay for removalists, moving goods, freight, shipping, storage, accommodation, rent, bonds, property purchases, school/daycare fees, uniforms, travel, visa charges, government fees, third-party professional fees or other relocation expenses. These remain the responsibility of the winner, household or employer. Assistance with arrangements does not include their underlying costs.

10. Draw

AussieOS will conduct a random electronic draw at 9.00 am on 31 January 2027 at 35 Pembroke Street, Bicton WA 6157. Each valid entry receives a unique number and a computerised random selection process selects one entry from the complete valid list. Each valid entry has an equal chance. Where practicable, the public may witness the draw; enquire at info@aussieos.com.au. Otherwise audit records confirming the draw will be retained and made available to an authorised officer or member of the Police Force on request.

11. Notification and unclaimed prizes

AussieOS will contact the initial winner promptly after the draw using the entry contact details and make reasonable efforts to reach them. The initial winner has until 9.00 am on 2 February 2027, Perth time (AWST), to accept the prize. AussieOS will send a reminder after 24 hours if unanswered. Acceptance and competition eligibility are confirmed before the prize is awarded; AussieOS does not assess visa eligibility.

If the winner declines in writing or does not accept by the deadline, AussieOS will conduct a random electronic redraw from the remaining eligible entries within 24 hours.

Redraws will take place at 35 Pembroke Street, Bicton WA 6157, using the original draw method and witness/audit arrangements. Previous declined, ineligible or unclaimed winning entries will be excluded. Each replacement winner will be notified promptly and given 48 hours from notification to accept. This process will repeat until the prize is accepted.

AussieOS will retain records of each draw, notification, claim deadline, decline and acceptance.

12. Results

The result will be announced 24 hours after direct notification if acceptance and eligibility are confirmed; otherwise after confirmation. The result will appear on the AussieOS website, Facebook and in a competition-results email to entrants. Only limited identifying information will be disclosed in accordance with the privacy notice; contact details and immigration information will not be published.

13. Validity

The prize is valid for 18 months from the winner's acceptance date. AussieOS confirms acceptance and expiry dates in writing. All services must be used before expiry; for example acceptance on 1 February 2027 gives an expiry date of 1 August 2028. The arrival window in clause 3 is separate from service validity. Support may occur before or after arrival within the agreed scope and validity. The winner must arrange services sufficiently in advance. Unused time expire without cash payment. A replacement winner receives 18 months from their own acceptance date.

14. Transfer and cash restrictions

The prize is not transferable, assignable or available for resale unless AussieOS agrees in writing. It cannot be redeemed, exchanged or refunded for cash in whole or part. Written transfer approval does not automatically extend expiry or create a right to cash redemption.

15. Advice and outcomes

AussieOS provides practical relocation consulting and support. It is not a migration agency and does not provide visa or immigration advice. Winning does not provide or guarantee a visa, sponsorship or permission to enter Australia. Property availability, rental approvals, school admissions and daycare places depend on third parties and cannot be guaranteed.

16. Privacy and marketing

Entry information is used to administer the competition, communicate about entries and results, deliver the prize and meet record-keeping obligations. The AussieOS privacy notice explains purposes and lawful bases for processing, service providers, overseas transfers, retention and privacy rights. Marketing consent is separate and optional; withdrawal does not affect entry or the prize. Results emails contain competition information only. Marketing requires appropriate permission. Testimonials, photographs and promotional stories require separate agreement and are not conditions of receiving the prize.

17. Advertising and WA lodgement

The entry form and electronic advertising will describe the prize and direct entrants to these Terms and Conditions. Audio/visual advertising will describe the prize and include the terms or direct entrants to them. Other advertising will include the information required by WA's prescribed conditions. Before commencement, AussieOS will lodge the final terms with the Gaming and Wagering Commission through Racing, Gaming and Liquor. AussieOS will conduct the competition in accordance with WA's prescribed conditions.

18. Amendments and cancellation

After commencement, the terms will not be amended and the competition will not be cancelled or withdrawn without prior written approval of the Gaming and Wagering Commission. Approved changes will be published with the terms.

19. Records

Competition records, including entries, draw audit and winner communications, will be retained for at least 12 months after the competition concludes, or longer where required. Records will be available to an authorised officer or member of the Police Force on request.

20. Social platforms and consumer rights

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants provide information to AussieOS and its appointed service providers. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from liability arising from the promotion. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
