Diana has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Post – Graduate Honours Diploma in Human Resources Management.
Diana is a Human Resources specialist with over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Her experience has predominately been in facilitation, training and development, coaching and organisational change, with specific focus on managing diversity in the workplace and cultural integration. Diana has extensive consultative and coaching experience, enabling her to assist individuals and families to work through their anxieties and concerns and to overcome practical and cultural barriers in making the transition into a different cultural environment.
In addition to working with individuals and families, Diana has done extensive work with groups and organisations to assist them in understanding and then managing cultural differences and particularly with communicating across cultures.
Diana originates from South Africa and has undergone several relocation's from a personal perspective, as a single person, with a partner and with children.
Diana has lived and traveled extensively and understands first hand, the challenges faced in relocation.

Pierre has been involved in the mechanical industry (HVAC) industry since 2003. His experience includes supply, contracting and consulting fields hence, his thorough understanding of the industry. Pierre is experienced in estimating, tender documentation, client specification verification and contracts. Since 2010, Pierre has assisted in the review tender submissions by Korean conglomerates for and on behalf of his father’s consultancy operating in East Africa.
In 2008, Pierre joined Direct Engineering Services Marine & Offshore and examples of successful projects include the HVAC supply for North Rankin ‘B’ (Woodside) and Goliat FPSO (ENI Norge): both awarded by HHI. With regards to TOTAL projects, Pierre has worked on OFON 2 and DALIA. He also submitted tenders for CLOV, BONGKOT, PAZFLOR, USAN and AKPO: which are all TOTAL assets.
Pierre was commissioned by Fantech PTY LTD, Trane and various contracting companies to review specifications and provide advice for equipment supply for ICHTHYS FPSO and CPF.
The opportunity to work with the shipyards provided him with highly valuable insight in dealing with South Korean clients. His experience gained with TOTAL related projects means that he is very familiar with procedures, specifications, similarities and differences between various TOTAL projects.
Anthony is a lawyer with over 14 years’ experience in both private legal practice and working in house. Currently he is working as the General Counsel and Director of Asian Operations for MBD Energy Ltd. MBD Energy is a Melbourne based unlisted public company that has developed technology to grow, harvest and process algae to remediate waste water and produce commercial products ranging from bio fuels, food and feed stocks. Anthony is responsible for the development and management of MBD’s joint venture partners in China and Thailand, as well as MBD Energy’s legal work. Prior to joining MBD Energy he spent the previous 5 years holding General Counsel and senior management roles for General Motors in China, India and the ASEAN region. In his roles he interacted with many cultures and countries within Asia. Anthony has developed a strong understanding on how to conduct business in Asia as well as build and maintain relationships and how to develop joint ventures with local Partners.

She has worked for two major banks in Jakarta as Product Development Manager and Consumer Banking Products Marketing & Promotion Head; handled big accounts as an Account Supervisor at D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles affiliated advertising agency in Jakarta; managed a leading Indonesian weekly news magazine; and ran a Marketing Communications and Pre-Press Production company in Jakarta and Bali.
Graduated from the Faculty of Economy, University of Indonesia, marketing major, she then went to Institute for International Studies and Training in Shizuoka, Japan before she attended Curtin University in Western Australia to study information management.
She has sound knowledge of the history, politics, economy, society, and culture of Indonesia. She founded an online Indonesian language and culture resource BahasaKita in 2006. Its Facebook page and its Twitter has become one of the most popular communication forum among Indonesian language enthusiasts ins social media.
She now divides her time between Australia and Indonesia.
