Seeking Executive assistant/ all-rounder
Are you an experienced executive assistant and administration all rounder looking for a flexible part-time role?
AussieOS are looking for a self starting, hardworking and dynamic individual to support the Managing Director Sue Pember in all aspects of her AussieOS relocation business and Sue Pember consulting services.
The position requires a minimum 20 hours a week to be delivered over 5 days Monday to Friday.

Depending on the candidate the position may allow flexibility to be predominantly based remotely from their home and /or our North Fremantle office location.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
•Demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes on time, productivity and efficiently.
•Exceptional attention to detail.
•Experience managing email and diary appointments for a busy client focused individual.
•Experience preparing proposals and tenders.
•Project and Client Management skills.
•Experience using Xero and managing accounts.
•Experience designing, developing and delivering marketing and social media content.
•A true love and detailed knowledge of Perth Western Australia.
Desirable Skills
•Property Management experience and a strong interest in Property.
